Our dedicated and high energy “TMA Team” is an inspired group of individuals made up of board members, employees, interns, and volunteers, all working together to deliver our mission.
To provide meaningful experiences by connecting people with great art in a historic setting and in the community.
Our purpose is to passionately engage people every day with the arts as envisioned generations ago by our founders, Anna Sinton Taft and Charles Phelps Taft. We are committed to community engagement through partnerships based on the needs of the community. We proactively reach, inside and outside the physical constraints of our Museum, those who may otherwise not be able to experience art, and engage audiences in a way that is meaningful to them.

The TMA offers a variety of career (full-time and part-time job opportunities), internships, and volunteer opportunities in the areas of curatorial, exhibition design, finance, fundraising, facilities management, visitor services, marketing and communication, retail, safety and security, and other highly technical areas.
