Hearty and rich, a perfect fall dish one can imagine being enjoyed in a Parisian brasserie. Red-wine-braised beef with mixed root vegetables, topped with braising jus.

Smoked Salmon Tartine | $14
An open-faced sandwich of smoked salmon on toasted rye, topped with capers and olive tapenade. Served with a light side salad and lemon aioli.
